Hi, When I try to send a message, my agent says there is no one available, even if the uin is online. Why?

If you put 1111 in the lower right box then click ping , cyber should appear saying he is online , If it says after you ping in the ping box not found you will need a replacement file to fix cyberbuddy , in the buddies tab, in the upper left , have you enabled the chat? and below that you should see your U-I-N (UNIQUE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER) Let me know

in the buddies tab upper left corner did you enable chat , next in the buddy list in chat is there a blank checkbox with no information after it? if there is click to highlight the line , right click and then in the drop down menu click remove from list , then ping cyber 1111 again
