Hi guys.
I'm here to make a petition which I'm sure probably sounds kind of radical, but hear me out.
As we know, CyberBuddy has some broken features (in fact it doesn't even start on my Windows 10 computer) - such as the News, Email, Stocks, etc. Including some missing modern features which would be nice. JD does not have time to fix these broken features or implement any new features. That's totally fine. That is why I am here to suggest that CyberBuddy's source code be published onto GitHub/GitLab or somewhere else, because I think that the pros would outweigh the cons.
It would allow the community to make their own forks of CyberBuddy, fix the currently broken features, and add new things to CyberBuddy. It would also attract new users and more people would begin using the program.
Now of course, the Premium features should be kept closed source, so CyberBuddy doesn't lose any profit, and the Chat server and Cyber the Bot can be kept closed too (although seeing Cyber's source code would also be cool).
For the license, it could either be under GPL or MIT, or some other license (I'm not overly familiar with them), or something else along those lines.
Let me know what everyone thinks.

Almost toolate for the party, but I really think the same. Is the developer dead or something?

I spoke with the developer at support@thecyberbuddy.com on 3/10/2017 I find Cyberbuddy is speaking long strings of random characters at times. Annoying!

Almost toolate for the party, but I really think the same. Is the developer dead or something? I'm not sure, but I think with the newfound interest in Microsoft Agent a lot of people have because of Bonzi Buddy, its the perfect time for CyberBuddy to make a full comeback. We just need it to be open source and it'll be good.
